Welcome to Lemming.ai, a software as a service (SaaS) platform that allows you to upload documents, ask questions, parse unstructured data into structured formats, create templates, and extract data from these documents in bulk to Excel or JSON formats.

By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of Lemming.ai services ("Services") is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You're free to stop using our Services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services with notice to you if you're in breach of these Terms, or use the Services in a manner that would cause us legal liability, disrupt the Services or disrupt others' use of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lemming.ai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time, and will always post the most current version on our website. By continuing to use or access the Services after the revisions come into effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
